Oh, what a creative idea the mum had to test out & observe their relationship through a 'date".  Good that the mum realises the seriousness of the couple's relationship & hopefully in the next chapter, we get to see how Takana & his mum interact with each other after so long of a lost in contact....Definitely, i foresee the awkwardness at the start but hope that the mum & son can gradually open their hearts up to each other & really communicate properly.
